We were impressed by excellent communication, workmanship and follow through with Service Experts. From Josh who supervised and quoted with attention to detail through to Chris, Jada, Brodie and another Josh, we found every one of them had respectful,  good humoured and responsive professional attitudes. Jordan, Jaela, Bryson, and Paul did a great job fixing all of our stormwater and toilet issues efficiently and thoroughly. All the work was done to a high standard and was very reasonably priced. They also left the place so tidy you wouldn't even know work had been done. Jordan also fitted a stubborn toilet seat for us at the end of the job.

Josh, the electrician, came out to fix a broken spotlight and did a fantastic job. While he was here, he also checked the smoke alarms and circuit breakers and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and working properly.

He was professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish.
