Henry Moss is a competent, efficient team member – he explains the proposed work and is a delightful person to have working in your home as he treats your home with respect, to the extent of wearing slippers over his shoes when working inside👏 which is most appreciated. No clean up required!

are commendable. His colleague Jordan did a fantastic job which entailed digging up and around a non functioning gullytrap and creating a work-around. Thank you to Dan and Harley what a team. Professional yet friendly guys easy to deal with happy to leave my home open for them reliable guys and great workmanship! We had an electric gate installed and needed it wired. It’s working perfectly now!They worked in the rain and cold and finished the job by cleaning up and planting grass seed where they had to dig up the lawn! We’ll definently be using them again in the future for our electrical and plumbing needs!

I phoned up "Service Experts" regarding a underground plumbing water leak issue in the garden bed. We scheduled an appointment for the following day with "Graig"

Graig arrived on schedule, quickly identified the issue and commenced digging, what took him 45min' would have taken me a whole day. He completed the work in very challenging circumstances, efficiently, professionally and to a high standard. "Boy! he worked hard"

I had an urgent electrical issue and Kobe from Service Experts arrived within a couple of hours as promised. Kobe the electrician very professional and have good customer service skills had everything fully repaired in under 3 hours. Amazing service! Fast, reliable and professional. I'll definitely be using them again.

Ryan from Service Experts was terrific to deal with when he installed my new HWS today. Arrived on time (sent an sms & voicemail also), assessed the problem & recommended 3 solutions, incl costings.
We discussed each solution (benefits, equipment performance, etc) with one solution being a standout.
Ryan then arranged for a full costings report to be prepared for me to assess & help make a decision that I would be comfortable with.
Ryan then proceeded with the work, completed the installation, fully tested the unit operation & then walked me thru the operation of the unit.
All documentation etc was handed over, with service & warranty info outlined.
It was such a pleasure to deal with this cheerful, professional young man called Ryan. He is an asset to the company & on today’s performance I would have no hesitation in recommending “Service Experts” for any plumbing needs.

Used Service experts for the first time for electrical work and was thoroughly impressed. From the initial assessment and quote from Dan, right through to the work being completed by Josh. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything clearly before and after the work was completed. I have my leaking-water tap got checked and replaced today by Service Experts team. Ryan has been very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided a good explanation on the issue as well as fix implemented. Happy with the service.

We had to have our Oven replaced after it stopped working and both Matt, who did the initial investigation, and Kobe, who installed the new Oven, were fantastic.
Super polite, very helpful and answered all our questions professionally. Did the work quickly, explained all the charges and cleaned up after themselves. They even had covers for their work boots to keep my (not very clean) floors clean.
Both guys were great to deal with, we were really pleased.
