Josh was very friendly with a positive attitude to assist wherever possible. He understood quickly the issues to be resolved and went that extra bit to resolve them eg he cleaned out the dirt in the trench as well as installing the pump . I appreciated that work very much Well done Josh keep up the good work

Weekend callout was handled promptly and cheerfully. Replacement of broken sink mixer was offered with 3 options and Ryan finished the job very efficiently and was great to deal with.
