Josh was professional, thorough, with a pleasant personality, he was also knowledgeable about faults with the unit and future problems they will cause. He wasn’t trying to upsell or trying to rip me off. I felt comfortable knowing he was going to do a great job getting my hot water service working better than it was when first installed. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know confidently.

This is my third interaction with service experts. I have used this company for electrical, plumbing and now roofing. The service has been exceptional and the communication of the staff has been outstanding. They show up when they say they will. They are very clean and respectful. The team of five technicians, Jace, Kevin, Mitch, Luke and Paul we’re all extremely professional, competent and a pleasure to have in my home. I cannot recommend this firm strongly enough and the technicians that they employ.

We definitely had a 5 star experience with the work Service Experts carried out. We have an old house and replacing the toilet was a very difficult job. At one stage we had 3 plumbers here, all extremely polite and friendly, and the job was completed with no mess left around. They took the old toilet and all pipes and rubbish away. I was so impressed with the work I am going to have Service Experts come and do some bathroom upgrades. I will also have them in my call list for all plumbing and electrical work we need done in future.

Nothing but positives from my experience with Service Experts, from my first call with Jasmine. Matthew was so helpful in detecting the problem, finding a good deal on the right new appliances, and thorough with the quote and preparation for the job. Harley and Jace were efficient, clean and tidy, and lovely to have in my home for the day of the job. Not a word of complaint despite having to park on the street far from my apartment, and having to climb up and down three flights of stairs all day!
