Excellent service and advice

A very positive experience with “service experts” this week and previously with an emergency sewer problem on New Year’s Eve. Kevin had a friendly manner and handled each job in a professional way. He explained the procedures well and I was very happy with the results. Also impressed with the manners and work carried out by Jordan, Craig and Dan. Jan Wiggins , Mount Martha.

Had a great experience.
Joshua came over and located the issue, organised another appointment to come and install new parts.
Brodie came and did install, and additional work to ensure everything was working as it should.
Took longer than I’m sure they had allowed for but price was as quoted.
Super friendly, on-time and great communication – will definitely use again.

I recently had a great experience with Craig and would happily recommend his services. He was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy, and he took the time to explain what had been done. Overall, a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Craig again in the future.

I've just had a hot water system replaced by Jace from Service Experts. Jace did a great job and was very considerate. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. His good manners and kind nature were appreciated. I'm extremely happy with the work that he did. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything well.

Great guy's Great service

Kevin did a great job for us today installing the new stove – very thorough and helpful and a very pleasant guy too.
While here he installed a pressure reducing valve on the water main and an isolation valve on the water line to the evaporative cooler (which the suppliers should have done 20 years ago!) both nice study jobs with no stuff left behind.
Phoned before arriving and started on the promised time so all good !
