Josh is excellent. The camera view provided a unique opportunity to asses the state of my sewer pipes. After the cleaning Josh was able to provide a series of longer term options and ways forward. He mapped out the entire sewer system for me which I found extremely helpful. Thanks again Josh! Great work!

Lights in my kitchen stopped working. 4 downlights on a dimmer. Rang and they were out 2 hours later. Replaced the faulty dimmer and all good. Great friendly Service

Top notch service from Servicexpert. Moving into a new home we discovered old drain issues that needed immediate attention. Josh & his team got onto it without hesitation and have been professional, punctual, fair, friendly, respectful and communicative throughout the entire process. The whole team whether they were with us a few hours or weeks worked so hard to get our systems up and running again and tidied our property thoroughly on completion. I was super impressed with the service from this Company. I always felt that MY time was valued, something I have never really experienced with other trades businesses over the years. Paul and Tom (and Jase) were professional, patient, thorough, and communicated with us all the way through the project. They were meticulous about cleanliness inside the home, (another first). Thank you Adam from Service Experts for the electrical jobs today. Adam was punctual, helpful and courteous. He did an excellent job and I feel confident that I could use this company and Adam for future electrical work. It may be worth mentioning that we employed their plumbing services in March for extensive works and were very happy with the service and outcome.November 2024Thanks Service Experts who worked efficiently to reline our existing sewer pipes. Tom, Brycen and Kevin were an excellent team to start the job and it was great to have Chris’s experience to complete the task on day 3. Josh, Craig and Brycen completed an additional job for us and I want to particularly mention Brycen for all of his hard work in preparing the site and cleaning up at the end of the day. We found the whole team both professional and helpful. Office staff are also a pleasure to speak to.

We had a plumbing issue that left us unable to use our shower or toilet. This was especially challenging for my 89-year-old mum, as we have that bathroom set up with handrails for her support. After mentioning this to Service Experts, they kindly rearranged their schedule to ensure our bathroom was back in action as soon as possible. When Josh came out on site, he was incredibly courteous and helpful. He took the time to explain the situation fully and offered different options for resolving the issue.Finally, the price was exceptionally reasonable. I would definitely recommend Service Experts.
