I was really impressed with Brad and Ryan’s exceptional service, very knowledgable, professional and I would highly recommend this company- Service Experts. Hot water heater replaced and with complimentary work also included. I couldn’t be more grateful thank you so much, here very happy customer.

Caydon and previously Dan were polite and hard working. Explained way was happening and gwve us a quote before starting.

I phoned up "Service Experts" regarding a underground plumbing water leak issue in the garden bed. We scheduled an appointment for the following day with "Graig"

Graig arrived on schedule, quickly identified the issue and commenced digging, what took him 45min' would have taken me a whole day. He completed the work in very challenging circumstances, efficiently, professionally and to a high standard. "Boy! he worked hard"

I would happily recommend "Graig" for his proffeciency & services. I look forward to calling him out again for big or small plumbing issues

I had an urgent electrical issue and Kobe from Service Experts arrived within a couple of hours as promised. Kobe the electrician very professional and have good customer service skills had everything fully repaired in under 3 hours. Amazing service! Fast, reliable and professional. I'll definitely be using them again.

Ryan from Service Experts was terrific to deal with when he installed my new HWS today. Arrived on time (sent an sms & voicemail also), assessed the problem & recommended 3 solutions, incl costings.
We discussed each solution (benefits, equipment performance, etc) with one solution being a standout.
Ryan then arranged for a full costings report to be prepared for me to assess & help make a decision that I would be comfortable with.
Ryan then proceeded with the work, completed the installation, fully tested the unit operation & then walked me thru the operation of the unit.
All documentation etc was handed over, with service & warranty info outlined.
It was such a pleasure to deal with this cheerful, professional young man called Ryan. He is an asset to the company & on today’s performance I would have no hesitation in recommending “Service Experts” for any plumbing needs.

Today we had our hot water system replaced by Tom (one of Service Experts Plumbers). It was a pleasure to have Tom in our home. He was courteous, friendly, most diligent and did the whole job without assistance. Tom has excellent communication skills and kept us informed throughout the process of the job. We were extremely happy with Tom’s work ethic and his manner throughout the day. We would highly recommend Tom and Service Experts to others.

Used Service experts for the first time for electrical work and was thoroughly impressed. From the initial assessment and quote from Dan, right through to the work being completed by Josh. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything clearly before and after the work was completed. Highly recommend Service experts if you are looking for any electrical and plumbing work.

I have my leaking-water tap got checked and replaced today by Service Experts team. Ryan has been very helpful and knowledgeable. He provided a good explanation on the issue as well as fix implemented. Happy with the service.

We had to have our Oven replaced after it stopped working and both Matt, who did the initial investigation, and Kobe, who installed the new Oven, were fantastic.
Super polite, very helpful and answered all our questions professionally. Did the work quickly, explained all the charges and cleaned up after themselves. They even had covers for their work boots to keep my (not very clean) floors clean.
Both guys were great to deal with, we were really pleased.

Matt and his colleague carried out planned plumbing work today, arriving on time and leaving the site clean and tidy. He provided ongoing updates during the work and was very pleasant to deal with throughout. I would recommend his services.
